Internet security and financial privacy is very important to you, and we share your concern that any information provided to us be safeguarded.  Accordingly, MLSG has adopted these privacy guidelines to protect you and maintain your confidence.

Information Collection

For each visit to our website, our Web server recognizes your domain name and e-mail address (as most commercial web servers do automatically).  We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail.  We also collect information on which pages or features you access each visit, and any information volunteered by you, such as loan application or survey information.  The information collected is used to:

• Improve the Web site content for future visitors
• Customize the content and/or layout of pages
• Notify consumers of new products available

Security Procedures

We limit access to your personally identifiable customer information to those employees who have a legitimate business reason for the information, and educate our employees on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of that information.  We maintain security procedures designed to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information.  These include physically separating our databases from our web server, the use of the strongest commercially available encryption technology, and the use of User IDs and passwords.

MLSG, Inc. Does Not Share Information

We maintain your privacy and do not share information collected over our website.  MLSG will not exchange IP address or cookie information with any outside companies or vendors without your permission and, unlike some other lenders, we do not sell or trade customer lists.

Upgrade of Privacy Procedures

Any changes to our privacy policy will be communicated through MLSG, Inc. and/or the / web site at least five days in advance of implementation.  Any information collected prior to a policy change will continue to be secured according to the old privacy policy under which information was collected..
